Never been to a bike park before? We'll show you the best trails to warm up on at Revolution Bike Park. 

We'll also cover some of the fundamentals to get you riding the trails with confidence, including:

  • How body position, footwork, and where you look effect how you ride the trail and how fast you can hit it.

  • How trails features are linked together. 

  • How to pump the bike to gain free energy and speed from the trail.

  • How trail features can affect your mindset and how to overcome them.

 

We'll also key an eye on bike setup, as it is key to making sure that you get the most out of your time at the park. Therefore we'll discuss:

  • Tyre choice and optimum tyre pressure.

  • Suspension set up for maximum performance on the trail.

  • Optimising brake lever setup to improve your riding and confidence.

  • Saddle height, what works and when to change it.
