Find the flow and increase your confidence

Our intermediate course is perfect for riders who have been riding for a few years and are looking to progress to the next level.

 

Here you’ll learn how to find flow and increase speed. The course will include:

  • How body position, footwork, and where you look effect how you ride the trail and how fast you can hit it.

  • How trails features are linked together. 

  • How to pump the bike to gain free energy and speed from the trail.

  • How trail features can affect your mindset and how to overcome them.

 

We’ll apply these skills during the day to effectively tackle descents, climbs, corners, rocks, roots, and adverse camber. 

 

Bike setup is key to making sure that you get the most out of your time on the bike. Therefore, we’ll also discuss:

  • Tyre choice and optimum tyre pressure.

  • Suspension set up for maximum performance on the trail.

  • Optimising brake lever setup to improve your riding and confidence.

  • Saddle height, what works and when to change it.
