Cancelation Policy

Cancellation by client Cancellations by the client before 14 days prior to the course commencing are refundable minus a 20% administration charge. Cancellations within 14 days of the course are non transferable and nonrefundable. Cancellation by ProLine MTB In all circumstances, ProLine MTB will endeavour to make sure your day goes ahead as planned. In the unforeseen event of a course cancellation we will refund 100% of course fees or offer a date transfer.
